In Grand Theft Auto:Liberty City Stories,when does the brige get finished?

It never gets finished, but it gets a litle better so you can go to the second island.

Sorry man the bridge never gets finished :(,but on the bright side at a certain point within the game it will be made into a ramp so you can access both sides
