Hi, I am borrowing this game for two weeks and would really want to see the other islands before I give it back which is why I am requesting a cheat for a plane/jet/helicopter - ANYTHING THAT FLIES!!

No mate theres nothing that flys in liberty city no helicopters or planes

There are helecopters, but they are police helecopters and you can't use them.
Either finish the missions (you'll finish the story missions in two weeks no problem, this game is easy) or use the cars float on water cheat then drive to the docks, and go explore.

You will have to do it fair and square to get to those islands,ask your friend if you can get an extended week so you can get to the third island.
