Why dose the produces of gta librety city stories put a helicopter on the back of the case ewhen you can't fly them on the game.

If I remember well it's a police maverick, so they did well to put it because there are police helicopters. But who knos the guys at Rockstar are a bit strange but they rule.

Its a police maverick, and they put it there because you can get police helecopter in the ame, you just can't pilot them yourself.
