Armour, health and weapon cheats normally work for most levels.

I don't think you really need any cheats to do this mission. Juts practice with your motorcycle and get better at it. I recommend a PCJ-600 as your vehicle. Be sure also to practice the handbrake, as there are turns in this race.

You could check the cheats for this game, but you probably try to get better at your driving skills. And it's better to use a bike.
