I'm in a locked room with minotaurs there is a button to open a door but wont stay open and minotaurs keep coming out of the ground how do I keep the door open?

Hi, OK kill one or both, 1 will re-spawn, It's a lot easier to do this part with only one in the room,

What you want to do is get the Minotaur to stand on the button and then use Madusa gaze on him, Hit him with 1 square attack and move back towards the floor switch, When he hammer slams double jump and the shock wave will miss you, Then run and roll out the gate, The magic chest there will keep re-filling it's self.
