Hi, Yes after you align all the doorways you pull the handles for the big diamond
Then leave that room and stop at the turning handle and turn it till you find the room for the 2 muse keys to go in, And get your free up grades.
Now for the hang up, Check your game disc for dirt or scratches, Clean your lens on the console, If you have a ps2 slim it real easy to clean, 5 minutes and it's running like new, Unplug everything, Take it to the kitchen table or desk
Get a Q-tip and a bottle of alcohol, Open the disc cover look down and towards the back there's a little glass eye/lens, Dip the Q-tip in the alcohol and press on the side of the bottle, Now wipe the eye/lens then dry it with the other end, Good Luck and Have Fun
