This is a really simple thing. Go down to where the first split of the lvls in the world.
Once your there i believe you do that lvl and once your done go to next lvl. After deafeating all the other lvls. Your at the final lvl at this place.
You need to play spheda just to get the flower from the condor.
Once you do this you go back to where you need to go and cure the little girl.

Go to barga's vally and play spheda but before you can do that you must find handy stick it's located at barga's vally too.
