Hey, I got a problem, I am confused because when I upgrade stuff like slashing and blunt I can only put things up to 20 and I think it does that because o the level 20 cheat. I really need help because I really don't want to start a new game because on my other one the stuff can't be as high as possible.

It seems that 20 is the highest upgrade level.

You have to level up again before you can increase those more. You can only level skills up to your level.
