I know the cheat works since I have used it many times I would make sure you are entering it correctly and try it again.

Hey umm try this me and my friend did it but he waster all his money fast so we did it again.then it didn't work so we tried it several more times and it still didn't work so we reseted the ps2 and it worked. So try that.
