When you are in the Batcave, switch to Robin and turn into the Technology suit.

Now, you have to have the Decoy suit upgrade for him. Press circle and a decoy will pop up. Press triangle to turn into the decoy. Jump off the edge then do not move then you will explode, come back to life and there will be two robin and one batman. Continue as long as desired. You can have all of robins forms at one time.
