Use advanced move at low level
With the blades of chaos keep pressing square until kratos moves the blades really quickly and then quickly press triangle and everything will go in slow mo for about a second and your blades will glow yellow really strongly and smash down on the ground and it sends out a big shock wave and you don't need to be a high level to do it, you even do it on the first level.
