Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2 Hints for PlayStation 2
Do your regular punch combo, following with a kick. At the right moment, press triangle to teleport behind them and kick em' back (Right when you press triangle you don't have it hit square, it does the kick automatically)
(In difficulties average and above, they will most likely teleport in front of you, so it's a serious beginner combo)
The tomato goes SSJ4 if you do this combo, just remember not to do this combo when you're fighting against the tomato.

Destined Rivals: Beat Adult Gohan with Goten. (Magin Buu Saga)
Butifull Trechury: beat Dodoria with Kid Gohan and Krillin. (freiza saga)
Fatefull Brothers: Beat Radits with Piccilo. (Saiyan saga)
To do a move that I got from a difrent web site. All you have to do is press square,square,down,triangle,triangle,square.
You should do this. 2 punches,trip,heavy finish punch,teleport, upwards punch, teleport, downwards punch.
Beat Super android 17 Then save then chose sayin saga Collcet all 7 balls then you will see the white dot then go to training mode leve it for fie minets go to practes pick goku or freiza vs. Ubb or kid gohan then do sprit bomb any where the you will see cell with all the balls fight cell to get shenron it will say Oozaro naapa teen gohan SJ2 Or Grampa gohan.
When you knock somebody far press triangle really fast ONCE then rush up to them and hold square until u punch them even farther
when goku get enough ki to use the 'give me your energy' move you may notice a spirit bomb in the sky if you keep doing this move quick enough the spirit bomb will get bigger once it cant get any bigger drop the bomb
You need to be in (Max Mode / 10 KI Bars). Once in (max mode) approach or get close to the enemy by Pressing/Hold (X button) then Press Square (many times) this will do (Violent rush) Combo. Keep Pressing Square until your KI bar is 1 or 2 (Blue KI bar) then Press (Down + Triangle,Triangle(2x))(this will flip enemy up in the sky) once you've seen the enemy up in the sky, Press (Ultimate Blast = L2 + Down + Triangle). Once done right this will do a +40 hit combo & +30000 damage
Blast2 Combo = Meteor Smash, High Speed Rush,Amazing Impact & Others
How to stop this kind of attack, when (your KI bar is Low) and
(enemy's KI bar is High) Press/Hold Up + Press Square (Many times) until the enemy attacks with a Blast2 Combo. When done right this will stop the enemy from doing a Blast2 Combo.

You may be wondering how to make a big enemy (such as hirudegarn or great ape baby)flinch when you attack them. Just power up to your highest form and even if it dosen't make the opponent flinch, you can power attack them and maybe dragon rush or something. The higher the form, the faster it recharges (Super Trunks and Goku Super Saiyan 3 are exceptions).
Some good fighting tips are:
Before anything find your best character(mine is cell and everyone else), give him a halo/majin seal and yellow earings that increase stats until your satisfied with the stats. Or use the blue one if you have a +12-19, believe me it makes a huge difference.
Health, Ki, Attack, Defense, Blast2, and Ultimate Blast should be Increased the most. Speed is for the beginners. Blast 1 is for the extremely advanced that can land perfects without too much stat gains.
If you want to get as good as possible fight the computer in practice,
1st find your level (1-5). Second, fight the computer in practice until you feel it's too easy
Throughout the way you may develop some new combos, you never know.
Third keep increasing the computer's level until you feel satisfied.
When it's level 5 then keep fighting it.
You'll know your good when you can land serious blows on the computer
(throughout this practice session you must treat it as though you don't have infinite energy, so when you get to duel you can whoop him badly.
Eventually youll get perfects.
Only power guard(Guard+Ki blast buttons) with a blast 2 or ultimate blast, when your opponent dragon rushes you press L2 and X and keep rolling both analog sticks.
To fuse during battle, which you need to double battle and press R2 to get to the bottom of the skill list to see all transformations and fusion options to fuse press L2+<-, ->, or ^+ R3 and if you fuse to ss4 gogeta you get a max power bar which puts you at a huge advantage because you can do just about any combo you want or fire your ultimate blast right away
In the very first fight of the very first saga "Sayan Saga" win it... Its Piccolo vs Raditz and you will get the saga it is very diffrent and the first fight is very hard...
To turn super sayin get it unlocked then press r3 when you got one bar of blue hope I helped
First use "give me more energy" 3 times then get fullpower and use the spirit bomb. P.S:The spirit bomb will be bigger and make the power 3 times stronger. BY:Hani El Naggar
Select a character that can transform,gets max power when he transforms, and has a rush move for blast2
Do the rush move, then right after that transforms and do a blast 2 beam(or if the person/alien has more then one transformation keep doing a rush attack then blast 2 beam on last form)
When in battle before you start go straight up to your apponent as soon as he or she ses go attack you apponent with a body strike then fully hit smash them by holding square then fly upwards and then do a blast one don't give them time to fight back just keep on going.
-Good combo
First body blow, then ground slash , then hit them up in the air so they float then hit them staright down
-Power full combo
Go into full power mode press L2 and x same time You [should dragon dash] then as soon as you next to them
Press triangle the keep pressing square [it should look dynamic] your full power bar will go down fast so near till the blue bar gose down hold square so you blast them away the triangle and L2 to finish them of!!
Ok there is really one strong player in the game who pwns all and has achieved major ownage, piccolo, see piccolo achieves lots of health and defense and attack fill those three and leave a spot for halo which will let you use techniques for nearly half gauge.
Now remember the funnest caharacters are Gogeta at level 4 and kid goku(kid).
Also to get these you need to beat the game and get the items neccesary.
There are faster ways to level up then fighting battle and getting experiance points. The key is obtaing Kiss Of 18 or Title(tenkaichi), both of these level up all your characters abalities by four. In order to obtain these you must summon shenron or Puronga(if it doesn't appear on the wish list, return to main menu with out making a wish, so you don't lose your wishe(s), more likely to obtain using Shenron).
There easier ways to get your character to a high level. For example you can use Kiss of #18 and Tenkaichi(title). Both of these level up all your abilities up by 4, but Kiss Of #18 also adds an extra Dragon Homing. In order to obtain these they can be found by summoning shenron(try a couple of times, if no there then return to selecting a saga so you don't lose a wish) or Puruga(less likely).
Did anyone know that the Z item 'Kiss of 18' increases the character's level from 8 to 40, increases them by 32 lvs!!! Ways to get the 'Kiss of 18':
Unlock all tournaments and do them on all difficuilties
Go to Shenron for the first time
Go to Shenron for the 5th time (Sometimes works, swear down)
Go to Porunga for the 10th time (Sometimes works, seriously swear down!)
