Why Frieza? 
I am going to try not to add this anymore, it's because nobody posted
a faq about him.

Is Frieza strong? 
Frieza is strong for most characters but other characters are way stronger.

Is this faq only about Frieza? 
No, this faq also includes Frieza's evolutionary forms and Mecha Frieza.

Is there Mecha Frieza?

What stats would you wanna max out?
Well, I guess it would max out health, blast 1, and defense.

Would you recommend Frieza? 
Yes, he is strong and he is a tough opponent even when using no potaras.

Any tips using Frieza? 
Try to fend off the opponent until you can transform if you use Frieza in his 
First Form and your opponent is very hard to beat. Death Beam is a very 
useful attack and Frieza can also use Death Saucer which can be homed
to the opponent.

Any tips against Frieza?
When Frieza is in his First Form, Third Form, or Final Form, watch out for his 
Death Beam and also watch out for Death Saucer when fighting him in Full 
Power.

Do you like using a certain form? 
I guess I like using First Form in the start of the battle and transform when
I lose some health.

Anything special about Frieza?
Frieza can recover health everytime he transforms to another form, and his 
Death Ball Ultimate Blast is very deadly.

3.1 Frieza First Form:

Psychokinesis (Unblockable Attack) L2+C - 2 Blast Stocks
Effect: Shoot pulse waves to paralyze the enemy. This attack can definetly slow 
down your opponent. I definitely enjoy using this with a dish of Death Ball. 

Pump Up L2+^+C - 2 Blast Stocks
Effect: A 10 second boost of attack, ki, and also defense. My opinion is 
that this Blast 1 is usually not worth it. 10 seconds is not worth wasting 
Blast Stocks so use Psychokinesis instead. 

3.2 Frieza Second Form:

Explosive Wave L2+C - 1 Blast Stock
Effect: Create an instant barrier around you and damages enemies with an aura.
Can really help you avoid enemy attacks or combos.

Finish Sign L2+^+C - 2 Blast Stocks
Effect: Boosts your attack and ki stat. This is a useful Blast 1 if you like 
using melee and air combos against your opponent. Just remember 
that using a Blast 2 or Ultimate Blast causes the stats to return back 
to normal.

3.3 Frieza Third Form:

Explosive Wave L2+C - 1 Blast Stock
Effect: Create an instant barrier around you and damages enemies with an aura. 
Frieza Second Form's Explosive Wave and Third Form's Explosive Wave are 
the same thing.

Hi-Tension L2+^+C - 2 Blast Stock
Effect: Regain 2 Ki Guages and increase your strength and ki stat. This new 
Blast 2 is an improvement of Finish Sign. Hi-Tension gives you 2 more Ki 
Guages which is useful when it becomes hard to charge.

3.4 Frieza Final Form:

Psychokinesis (Unblockable Attack) L2+C - 2 Blast Stocks
Effect: Shoot pulse waves to paralyze the opponent. Psychokinesis is back and 
has the same ability and the same benefits.

Full Power L2+^+C - 3 Blast Stocks
Effect: Charges your energy to MAX POWER mode with an attack, ki, defense, 
and speed bonus. Also useful when low on energy or when you need to use your 
Ultimate Blast.

3.5 Frieza Full Power:

Psychokinesis (Unblockable Attack) L2+C - 2 Blast Stocks
Effect: Shoot pulse waves to paralyze the opponent. Not much of a difference.

Long awaited-for 100% L2+^+C - 3 Blast Stocks
Effect: Charge to MAX POWER mode with an attack, ki, defense, and speed 
boost. This is the same as Full Power but this Blast 1 looks better and sounds
cool.

3.6 Mecha Frieza:

Psychokinesis (Unblockable Attack) L2+C - 3 Blast Stocks
Effect: Shoot pulse waves to paralyze the opponent. Now Psychokinesis is just
not worth it. It now uses 3 Blast Stocks to temporarily stun the opponent but 
you can use it if you want. I prefer the next Blast 1

Long awaited-for 100% L2+^+C - 3 Blast Stocks
Effect: Charge to MAX POWER mode with an attack, ki, defense, and speed 
boost. Same as before but it way better than Psychokinesis and it also is 
worth.

4.0 - Blast 2 [p4.0]
---------------------------

4.1 Frieza First Form:
Death Beam L2+T - Uses 1 Ki Guages
Effect: Fire a very small, swift but deadly beam. This attack is one of my 
favorites because this attack can pierce through other Blast 2 attacks, 
hit the opponent with a high chance of hitting, and if can destroy attacks 
like Spirit Bomb with only 1 Ki Guage.

Punishing Rush L2+^+T - Uses 2 Ki Guages
Effect: Rush into the opponent and deal a barrage of 17 blows. This 
attack is decent and the rush can last longer than most other rush attacks.

4.2 Frieza Second Form:
Punishing Blaster L2+T (Charge with T button) - Uses 3 Ki Guages
Effect: Fire a huge purple energy wave. This is Frieza's only chargable attack 
so you should use this frequently, but Death Beam is still better.

Death Storm L2+^+T - Uses 4 Ki Guages
Effect: Summon a storm of hot energy and cause it to explode. This attack is 
only if the opponent is unable to move away but it is better if the opponent 
isn't locked on.

4.3 Frieza Third Form:
Death Beam L2+T - Uses 2 Ki Guages
Effect: Fire a very small, swift but deadly beam. Death Beam makes a return 
with more damage but with a cost of an extra Ki Guage. Still pretty useful.

High Speed Rush L2+^+T - Uses 3 Ki Guages
Effect: Rush into the opponent perform 18 blows in very long range. Just as its 
name suggests, you rush in the opponent in high speed. Deals one blow more 
than Punishing Rush.

4.4 Frieza Final Form:
Death Beam L2+T - Uses 2 Ki Guages
Effect: Fire a very small, swift but deadly beam. Another Death Beam with more 
damage added. 

Psycho Lock Smasher (Unblockable Attack)  L2+^+T - Uses 3 Ki Guages
Effect: Fire a swarm of rocks and traps the opponent in a psychokinesis 
sphere and launches the sphere. This attack looks cool but it has no use 
if the rocks don't hit the opponent so be careful beacuse if you miss, you will 
temporarily be open to attacks.

4.5 Frieza Full Power:
Death Saucer (Unblockable Attack) L2+T - Uses 3 Ki Guages
Effect: Launch 2 purple homing Destructo Disks at the opponent. This is a 
perfect attack because the only ways to avoid heavy damage is to run away 
or use an afterimage. Although, this attack could also be out of range.

Nova Strike L2+^+T - Uses 4 Ki Guages
Effect: Smash the opponent up and then charge up and slam the opponent down. 
This rush attack does good damage although it has low range and it uses over 
half of your Ki Guage so this attack shouldn't be used frequently.

4.6 Mecha Frieza: 
Death Beam L2+T - Uses 2 Ki Guages
Effect: Fire a very small, swift but deadly beam. Again, another Death Beam. 
Still usefuland deals great damage and is a great defense against certain 
attacks.

Fissure Slash (Unblockable Attack) L2+^+T - Uses 3 Ki Guages
Effect: Launches 2 energy slashes at the opponent. Another unblockable 
attack for Frieza and this one does almost the same damage as Death 
Saucer.

5.0 - Ultimate Blast  [p5.0]

5.1 Frieza First Form:
Death Ball (In MAX POWER mode) L2+v+T - Uses 4 Guages
Effect: Form dark energy into the shape of a ball and hurl it at the opponent.
This is a very strong attack and can destroy the battlefield. I also use this 
attack after using telekinesis. 

5.2 Frieza Second Form:
HAIL Frieza (In MAX POWER mode) L2+v+T - Uses 5 Ki Guages
Effect: Rush in the opponent and stab the opponent with your horns and then
finish off the opponent with an energy wave. This is also the same attack that
almost killed Krillin in Dragonball Z, now you can use to deal heavy damage

5.3 Frieza Third Form:
Crazy Finger Beam (In MAX POWER mode) L2+v+T - Uses 5 Guages
Effect: Fire 20 small energy beams swiftly. This is attack doesn't do much 
damage than other Ultimate Blasts but this attack's purpose is to hit the
enemy.

5.4 Frieza Final Form:
Death Ball (In MAX POWER mode) L2+v+T - Uses 5 Ki Guages
Effect: Form dark energy into the shape of a ball and hurl it at the opponent.
Just like Death Beam and Psychokinesis, Death Ball makes a return in 
Frieza's new form and it still as destructive as ever. Still useful added 
with Psychokinesis.

5.5 Frieza Full Power:
100% Death Ball (In MAX POWER mode) L2+v+T - Uses 5 Ki Guages
Effect: Attack with a furry of hits and finish off your opponent with a Death 
Ball. Now Death Ball is in a rush attack so now you dont have to waste Ki 
Guages if your Death Ball missed or is blocked. Also it has a very long
range so it is a great finishing attack.

5.6 Mecha Frieza
Emperor's Revenge (In MAX POWER mode) L2+v+T - Uses 5 Ki Guages
Effect: Attack with a furry of hits and finish off your opponent with a Death 
Ball.Exactly identical to 100% Death Ball but this time the damage has 
been increased.

6.0 - Character Illustrations [p6.0]

6.1 Frieza First Form:
An alien with the ability to transform, Frieza has put his fearsome 
powers to use as a galactic planet broker.

He has conquered many planets throughout the galaxy, employing 
the Saiyans, the Ginyu Force, and other powerful warriors to do his 
dirty work.

Frieza does what he wants with the planets he holds, turning them 
into villasor selling them to the highest bidder. It was he who destroyed 
Planet Vegeta, virtually wiping out the Saiyan race in the process.

To fulfill his wish for immortality, Frieza takes his band of henchmen to
Planet Namek in search of the Dragon Balls. Once there, he is 
annoyed to discover that Vegeta has turned against him.

One after the other, Frieza's top henchmen were defeated by Vegeta 
and theZ-fighters. in the end, his dreams of achieving immortality 
crushed, Frieza unleashed the full force of his rage upon all those 
who dared defy him.

In answer to Vegeta's boast that he had become a Super Saiyan, 
Frieza reveals his terrible transformations, one after another.

Despite his ruthless tactics in battle, Frieza maintains a refined, 
almost regal, composure.

6.2 Frieza Second Form:
This is Frieza's second form.

Thinking that his powers had become equal to Frieza's, Vegeta made 
the mistake of taunting the tyrant, prompting his transformation into this 
 form.

In his second transformed state, Frieza's appearance is similar to that 
of his father, King Cold. However, the refinement he displayed in his 
previous form is gone, replaced by a wild, almost blood-thirsty attitude.

Frieza fights Piccolo while in this form, after Piccolo had powered up by
fusing with Nail.

6.3 Frieza Third Form: 
This is Frieza's third form.

After Piccolo demonstrated that his powers were an even match for 
Frieza's second form, Frieza transformed once again in order to instill 
terror in the Namek warrior's heart.

Though this is an even more hideous form than his second, in spite of
appearances, Frieza's cool demeanor returns. This sharp contrast only 
serves to intensify the eeriness of this form.

In his third form, Frieza's strength and speed increase dramatically, and 
he is able to make quick work of the powered-up Piccolo.

6.4 Frieza Final Form: 
This is Frieza's final transformation.

Frieza takes this form, that his enemies might know the ture meaning of 
terror before they die.

In contrast to his previous monstrous transformations, Frieza takes on a
smaller, sleeker shape in this form. Despite his reduced size, however, 
hispower level rises to unimaginable levels, proving his claims of being 
the most powerful fighter in the universe.

After his ultimate defeat at the hands of the Super Saiyan, he falls into 
the depths of Other World. Even so, his desire for revenge lives on...

Goku and his friends have not seen the last of the mighty Frieza!

6.5 Frieza Full Power:
This is Frieza's final transformation, after reaching 100% maximum power.

Having achieved this form, Frieza's strength and speed equal that of a Super
Saiyan Goku, but at a great price. Frieza's energy slowly diminishes as a
result of drawing out all of his power, and he cannot endure a prolonged
battle.

Realizing this, Frieza fires a massive energy blast at Planet Namek's core,
hoping to destroy the planet and Goku along with it.

6.6 Mecha Frieza:
After the destruction of Planet Namek, Frieza floated through space on the
verge of death until he was revived by a team of scientists working for his
father, King Cold.

Frieza's mechanized body parts also serve to boost his power. Otherwise, his
techniques and fighting styles are virtually unchanged from his final form.

Hungry for revenge, Frieza and King Cold travel to Earth in search of Goku and
the other surviving Saiyans. Upon their arrival, however, they are greeted by
a mysterious youth from the future, Trunks, who quickly puts an end to their
schemes.
