Onion power
In the level with DR.Jero (I aint played in a while so do with the spelling as it is) you start where goku is and if you don't want a new character then you search the area with goku and you`ll find an onion and it will let you move twice in one turn BUT if you want a new character then have gohan on your team and get the onion with him and then if you want this new character then defeat cell with gohan.
