How do you unlock Teen Gohan?

First go to Stage 9.
Choose Adult Gohan and whoever else.
Then defeat Cell using Adult Gohan and you will unlock Teen Gohan.
Kill cell with normal gohan. It only matters who takes out the last bar of health.
Either defeat Cell(take away his last block of life on the game peice) as Gohan(Adult, not Gt. Saiyaman) on STage 9. Alternatively, I believe you have a chance to unlock him if you have a Budokai 1 save. The farther you are in the game, the greater chance I believe. It advisable to have Unlock Potential available to use(meaning you also have SSJ 1&2). Also, maybe have the Z-Sword, as the more damage you do, the better. Also, he starts on a HealtH Drain Space, so even if you lose the first time, he should be red when you refight him.
You have to beat cell in the final stage with Gohan ( but without his ultimate form equipped in your list ).
