Well I think that you fight him after the labyrinth guard person but am not quite sure. Hope this helps
You have to beat the labryinth guard and then go right right left right and you will find seto 2nd.
well when i go through the labrynth he just sends me through to sharku and neku so why is that ?
After you've beaten Hieshien (2nd time) You will then face seto 2nd.
