Does anyone know how to get through the desert. Please help me.

I just keep going to the next area but the next one looks alot like the one before the last one.

I did manage to get to the first rest stop, but I can't get any further.

PS. The desert isn't the only place to get the power up item.I got one in Bale.

After the first rest stop go up. From there turn in this direction exactly, you go right, up, left, up, left, up, right, up. This should get you to the third rest stop. After getting to the second just exit to the top and continue up. Good luck!

I got way past that and now I'm stuck at Mayfil. I don't know how to get past the part where you can fall through the floor....
