Talk to Fester at the item shop to learn he'll be available later on if Dart needs to talk with him. He moseys to the castle gate market,taking everyone back to his home afterwards.Now that he knows the situation, a vouch-ee is found! Permission enter the Twin Castle is achieved, and Fester takes everyone inside.

Go up the stairs next to the inn. Talk to Kaffi. After she is done going off about the stars. Talk to her again this time you will ask her about Lloyd. Say that you are still interested in Stars. She then introduces you to Fester.
