I cannot find a single blue dragon either near Shumi Village nor the isle closest to hell? Any other specific spots where you know you can find them? I'm at lvl 100 all around but need the Dragon Fangs for the Lionheart....

The best area near the shumi village to find them is near the mountains to the right of the shumi village. They are on the island closest to hell you will find them eventually.

Well, you can find them in Island closest to hell, but you need luck.
That's how I got my lionheart through blue dragon, as Dragon Fang is all I need to have Lion Heart made.
