Where are all the 1/35 soldiers.
How many of the 1/35 soldeirs do you have to have to be sepiroth.
Also on what disc can you be sepiroth.

1) I am led to believe that you cannot obtain all of the soldiers; it's pointless to get them anyway.
2)You cannot be Sephiroth. EVER.
3) You can't be Sephiroth, you have him in your party in a flashback scene, but, that's it.

There is a code on game shark that you can play with sephiroth in you're party when ever but the games freezes alot and don't think you and use him in the last boss. If you and get that far without it freezing.

There are surprisingly only 12 of the 1/35 Soldiers. You can use them in battles.
You have him in your party in disk one in a flashback, but oyu can't be him or command him.
You can be Sephiroth, but only by cheating with GameShark, etc. And even then I think you can't command him.

Well there is a rumor that if you collect 12 soldiers then he will offer to join youre party
