You could use the w-item materia to get 99 of them but this will take a while. Equip the w-item materia on one of the characters and the use the w-item option to choose a hero drink then confirm twice then choose another item, cancel after selecting another item. This will increase the first item you choose and you can do this until you have 99 of them.
