I know it's in the northern crater but were? Is it the 1 floating infront of the mako-fall if so how can I get it? And if not were is it and can I get the 1 floating? Cheers

In the area inside the crater where you get to an intersection and are given an option for each character on which direction to take, when it comes to Cloud choose the option to take the path that leads down. You will find the mega all materia in the second area after going down the steps. You should be able to see it when you get there.
