Rainbow Chocobo

Ok there are two things that I would like to know:

1)Is there an such thing as a rainbow chocobo?

2)If there is, how do I get it?

If anyone answers this I will be eternally grateful no matter how stupid the answer is:p

I don't know who told you that but no there is no rainbow chocobo at all so you won't be able to get it.
