Terrain Benefit - No Cost
I was puttering around when I realized that when you install terrain, you don't pay for it until you close the screen.
What does that mean? That means you can add terrain to any exhibit to make a happy animal and as long as you don't navigate away from the buy terrain screen, it wont cost you.
With a profitable zoo, I am able to expand early and pay when you have money :D
