First, to get married in Skyrim you have to travel to the temple of Mara in Riften. Once you are there you'll find a man named Maramal, who will sell you the Amulet of Mara for 200. After you buy an amulet find a female/male that you are able to marry and do a task for them. List here: http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Marriage
Once, you are married you can't get divorced unless you have PC and use console commands.
