can't reopen gates at all!!! please help

So I read that it was possible to reopen gates after completing the main quest so I went ahead and completed it. Now nothing I do will reopen them, I've tried the console commands, checked my spelling multiple times. I've tried the only two mods I've found claiming to reopen gates, NOTHING works, what's going on???

I don't think that you can reopen the doors. After Martin kills dagon, the gates shut for good.
