Cheating gets you banned from the game.
I can give you ways to earn money:
My Member preferred way: Mine Pure Essence and sell at the Grand Exchange. Mine 100 of them then sell, you get around 10-20k per 100.
My non-member preferred way: Mine Rune Essence and make them into runes. Sell fire runes at the most. You get more money. Sell any kind of runes you make unless you want them to raise your Magic level.

No there is not.....
No offense but why not look at the cheats or hints on this site?
They provide good ways of getting money, like mining, fishing, wcing, or maybe even killing hill giants and keeping the bones to sell them.
