To get wizards robes I don't know but if your a mem (member) go into bandit camp if your level is 60+ kill them and they once in a while drop law and they drop alot of other stuff

If you're member get 27 pure ess. Go to entrana on w66 or 99 and run laws. Much better than buying. You can get skirt from varrock clothes shop, Or just kill wizards (wizards tower) to get them.
To get wizard robes kill the lvl 9 blue wizards until they have droped a wizard hat and robe, then go to varrock clothes shop andbuy the blue skirt for 3 gp I think. To get laws you can get a brass key and go where the hill giants are and kill them for laws, cosmics, and deathes
