It is ALL THE WAY up in the wilderness. Stay in the F2P area and look on the world map for ore in the wilderness all the way up and go there. There might not be any Runite ore because:
A: People took it and the ore takes a while to respawn
B: You are at the wrong one.
If you see only two spots of ore to choose from....that's it.

It is very far into the wilderness but it may not be avalible because people may have taken it or it's the wrong place

As people already said, it is deep in the wilderness and takes long to respawn. It might take awhile to get a full load while carrying food because of attackers. It is a very popular place because runite ore has a high price,so either go to a barren world, or hope you get lucky.

There is a good minning spot up in the wilderness, use the map to get to it.

Tyere is yes 1 in the wildy butt other ore spots 4 rune are mems like me srry butt good luck
