There is only one and that is the dragon you need to kill in order to wear rune plate armor. Other than that you can't kill any other green dragons.

I am not sure but there might be non mem green drags in the deep wildy behind bounty hunter.

Deep in the wilderness by the lava maze there is like 20!!! You can also go to dragontooth island or do the dragon slayer quest to fight any others.

There's only one it's called elvarg and you need to beat him in order to wear rune platebodys he is part of a quest called dragon slayer and you can only kill him once

To kill green dragons you need to have a members subscription, sorry.
