Date of Question: Dec 26 2008 | Question ID: 135171 I am doing the quest where you have to find two halfs of a broken shield. I found one half in the Phienox base. I know that the other half is in the black arm base. I need to know how to get into the base. It says that I need help from a friend. What does that mean? |

You would need to find someone else who has not done the quest. You need the other person to join the "Black Arm" and then you both can get the entire shield and complete the quest.

You have to find someone and do the mission with them. That person must be in the opposite gang so both of you can get the shield. Then both of you turn in the part of the shield to the history building and trade the other part of the ticket to eachother.

You need to find a person in the Black Arm Gang and then go the the Museum and trade the halves in for 2 notes and then trade one of them to the other person and finish the quest.
