The best way to get a lot of gold is to become a member, same with the mini games. There is a large amount of stuff you get becoming a member. But for how bad this game really is, I don't suggest it. If you want to level fast however, I suggest just grinding. In other words fish, fish, and more fishing if you want to level fish and cooking. Kill, Kill and more killing if you want to level combat.
