About the earlier question pertaining to the armour, what does it mean by recharge points?

Ok so like the rechargable armor can wear down like things in real life but you can recharge them by paying a certain amount of fist of guthix tokens.

Recharge points are like if your addy spike shild wears down... Like if it's addy spike shield 100, itll say " your addy spike has downgraded slightly" then it's 80
Then 60, ect.. Don't really know how 2 explain it...
Not 2 get all personal but.. What lvl are you in runescape?
