There are tons of "cheats", but I say just get your combat and fishing up, go to level 36-39 Wildy just above Bounty Hunter and on a hill you will see level 42 Moss Giants. Kill them and collect their bones and other stuff (use your fish if you are about to die) and once you have a full inventory, go sell it all at the Grand Exchange (including extra fish if you have any).
***NOTE*** Depending on your level, you may be attacked by either of these three... Revenant Ork (level 105), Revenant Knight (level 126) or a Revenant Vampire (level 63).
