I am having trouble running Halo on a machine with a celleron chip and service pack 2.

Dude
Click on Start that is onthe bottom left corner of your screen(not during the game)
Look for an application called Run. When you find it, click on it. Type in dxdiag. Then click run. When it shows up look thorugh all the pages and make sure nothing is disabled. pages to look at are(especially) :System(at the bottom of the list, make sure you have Directx9.0), Display,Sound,and Music

On display make sure Direct Draw Acceleration,Direct 3d Acceleration, and AGP texture acceleration are all enabled. If they are not enabled look at More Help and look for these topics: Read them and do what they say
1. My DirectX, multimedia, or game program has stopped responding. or
2. I am experiencing video problems. Or, I receive messages about DirectDraw. Do what they say and it should work out
