Is it possible to play AoE III with all the other civilizations as your allies? Like in AoE II....or do you NEED to have enemies?

I tried it. If you put everyone on team 1 and press play, it sends you a message and doesn't let you. There might be a way by changing the file or whatever, but I'm not a technical person :)
