The factory wagon is used to build factories. You select it and pick a spot, and it builds a factory there. The factory will produce either gold, wood, food or heavy artillery, depending on what you select.

A factory wagon is a wagon that permits you to build a factory that can produce food, lumber, coin and even heavy artillery.
