Get to the forth age and get 4k in food and coin.

at your home city you can upgrade to level II, then level III then level IV

You need 4,000 wood and coin and you can not reach age 5 in a deathmatch.

Deathmatch does not have revolution or the fifth age on it.So you have to do Supremacy.
