Replaces the first Pokemon in your party with a shiny Lucario named OIRACUL with max stats, Pokerus, aura sphere, hammer arm, leaf blade, and wood hammer. It's ability is no guard, and it has all 80 ribbons. It's also holding a squirtbottle.
