You can only get them on tuesdays, due to the fact that many people are always there. If you go into the street were they are, an exclamation point will shoot up over a mans head which is in line. You will click yes and you will be in line. You can only buy one at a time. The line will look relatively short once you are done,but if you go into a building, the line will lengthen again.
