Switch on your DS (Developer System) then go to Mario Kart DS icon select 1 player, time trial, special cup and
Rainbow road. When you get to the last loop you jump by

On DK Pass, there is a large field of snow to the left about a third of the way through the track. After that there is a large hill with an item box on top - grab that item. No matter what place you're in, it will always be a Super Star or a Triple Mushroom.
Bananas, Triple Bananas, Green Shell, Triple Green Shells, Red Shell, Triple Red Shells, Spiny Shell, Fake Item Box, Mushroom, Triple Mushroom, Golden Mushroom, Boo, Bob-omb, Star, Thunderbolt, Blooper, Bullet Bill.
To race as any Kart with any Character, beat all cups in all classes.
B Dasher, Standard MR, Shooting Star, Poltergust 4000, Standard LG, Streamliner, Royale, Standard PC, Light Tripper, Egg 1, Standard YS, Cucumber, Mushmellow, Standard TD, 4-Wheel Cradle, Rambi Rider, Standard DK, Wildlife, Brute, Standard WR, Dragonfly, Tyrant, Standard BW, Hurricane, Power Flower, Standard DS, Light Dancer, Banisher, Standard DB, Dry Bomber, Gold Mantis, Standard WL, Zipper, Rob-Bls, Standard RB, ROB-Lgs
Sky Garden: Use one to two Mushrooms to drive over the clouds.
Yoshi Circuit: Before the finish, use a Mushroom through the Piranha area.
Frappe Snowland: Use a Mushroom over any of the ice areas, but don't go out of bounds.
Koopa Beach: Use a Mushroom just before the finish across the grass.
Choco Island: Use a Mushroom over the sand and/or mud.
Delfino Square: Use your Mushroom through the mud and avoid the walls.
Mario Circuit: Use a Mushroom to boost through the Piranha area.
Peach Gardens: Use your Mushroom through the grass right at the start.
Bowser Castle: Turn right after the "spinner" to enter a different area.
Yoshi Falls: Use a Mushroom through the third waterfall.
Cheep Cheep Beach: Use a Mushroom through the water after the ramp.
Luigi Mansion: After the tunnel, use a Mushroom through the grass looking thing.
Desert Hills: Use a Mushroom through the sand.
Level 1: Big Bully
Level 2: Eyerok
Level 3: Goomboss
Level 4: King Boo
Level 5: Big Bob-omb
Level 6: Chief Chilly
Level 7: Wiggler
I made this trick up and I hope you guys like it!
What you need:
1. Mario Kart DS
2. ANY car (I recommend a car with high speed and good items ranking)
3. Item Boxes
4. A short, easy track (like the Mario Baby Park)
What to do:
1. Make sure you are 8th, or last. You should be quite far away from the 7th person.
2. Then slowly start driving and drive into an Item Box. When you are last, or near last position, you will usually get good items from the Item Boxes!
3. When you get good items (like the Golden Mushroom and Bullet Bill), you then continue driving as usual and keep up with the group. Try to be at least 4th.
4. Then use your special item, like Bullet Bill or the Golden Mushroom, which I HIGHLY recommend. Then you will hopefully be ahead of everyone else!
Please note that sometimes, this trick won't work, depending on the car chosen, the track and the items that come up in the item boxes.
But I did this a couple of times and I won many races!
Ever wanted to get a free boost without worrying that you won't get a mushroom in the item boxes? Well now you can!
What you need:
1. Mario Kart DS
2. ANY car(I recommend using a car with decent drift)
3. R + D-Pad buttons
What you need to do:
1.Make sure that there is a lot of space for you to drift. You could even drift around edges or corners, where the track turns.
2. Press and hold the are button and do your usual drift.
3. Then keep pressing the LEFT and RIGHT buttons, alternating them each time (for example, L, are, L, are or are, L, are, L, depending on what side you're drifting on).
4. You should be starting the drift in this order:
Normal Drift, Blue Spark Drift, then finally, Orange Spark Drift.
When you release your Orange Spark Drift, you will get a short boost!
You can do this as many times as you want!
Pipe Plaza: Go through a series of pipes that lead you to different areas.
Nintendo DS: Play on a giant DS stage.
Tart Top: Jump over a giant tart and bounce off marshmallows.
Twilight House: Play in a house with bottomless drops and lots of surprises.
Palm Cove: Play on an island with rising and falling water.
Block Fort: A very large arena with lots of places to hit enemies.
Grand Prix:
1st: 10pts
2nd: 8pts
3rd: 6pts
4th: 4pts
5th: 3pts
6th: 2pts
7th: 1pts
8th: 0pts
Multiplayer: Team, 8 Racers
1st: 15pts
2nd: 12pts
3rd: 9pts
4th: 6pts
5th: 4pts
6th: 2pts
7th: 1pt
8th: 0pts
In pipe plaza go to an item box in front of a pipe. Then stay there, and whenever a person comes out of the pipe HIT THEM!!!!!
If you see a player (at the Touch Screen's - Status) holds a Lighting Bolt, fall off the track. If you manage to do it at the right time, the Lighting Bolt will only shrink everyone else excluding you. This may be the worst way to do so. This technique can only work on some tracks, such as Tick-Tock Clock, GBA Sky Garden, and Yoshi Falls
After you get off the bridge to your right will be a muddy road and depending on what place your in you`ll be about 2 places ahead.hope this helps.
Stay as close as you can to the inside of the road so you are up close to the side of the track.
There are four unlockables, Dry Bones, Daisy, Waluigi, and are.O.B. For Dry Bones, you must win a gold trophy in all of the50cc Nitro Grand Prix cups. Same thing with Daisy except you have to win a gold trophy in the 50cc Retro Grand Prix cups. For Waluigi, you must win a gold trophy in the 100cc Retro grand prix cups.
For are.O.B., you must win a gold trophy in the Mirror Mode Retro cups.
If you want to get red shells or even 3 red shells here a tip get a lot of item boxes.Here is another those 4 balloons in the top right corner of the top screen means that's how many balloons you can blow up to get more.Here is how to get more blow into the MIC. And you should probably have either 2 or 3 balloons.I hope this helps you in battle.
