For link, I bet you have trouble with the highest target, just take out a bomb, double jump and smashthrow up. For Jigglypuff, alternate between her "B" move and jump and you should make it across, or you can jump from the platform moving up and down onto the last 2 targets.

To get that last target on Jiggly's break the targets, alternate between jumping and pounding. You should reach the last target.
In Link's case, i'm not familiar with the stage or hard spots. However, use your projectiles and learn how to recover effectively (despite the lack of height Link's up b gets in this game). If you continue to have trouble you'll have to be more explicit about your problems.

I know exactly what you are talking about. For Jigglypuff, at the end use your pound attack (press B) to go a little farther in the air. For Link, I think you mean the one up at the top. Grab a bomb, double jump using the C buttons, then throw your bomb using up and A at the same time harshly. Your bomb should reach the target. This is what I do.

To get link: starts, you go 2 the left, throw a bomb (down B) easily, double-jump and (^ B) to get up on 2 next platform, jump up on 2 platform above that and just hit that target, jump over 2 other side and throw one bomb easily down into hole, it should break both targets.
Bring out a bomb and then jump and press A^ to throw bomb up real fast 2 reach the target, jump down and jump up onto other platform that is moving, jump up onto one above that when it gets real low, double-jump and then (^ B) to reach next 2 targets.
You have 2 jump at just the right times, go down 2 bottom and get on far right edge, turn ur back 2 the edge and jump off, when u jump, jump once and go off, jump again to get up under the edge and press (^ B) 2 reach the last target, as 4 jigglypuff I will tell you later right after I beat it !
