How do you drain the moat.

answer |

Cross Stinger

There will be a room along the way behind the door that must be opened with the key obtained by defeating Bowser the first time. The room has two pillars and is inundated.

Manoeuvre Mario to pound both pillars, and the water will run out from the room and, in effect, the moat.

Now you can access the room that lets you activate Invisible Caps.

All you have to do is to find the room that the other person was telling you about on the lower level. The room just has water in and you have to jump in and swim. Then do a but bomb by pressing z when you are in mid air after a jump but you have to do it to both of them every time you start the game.
