Where do I get the metal cap from

You get the Metal Cap through Hazy Maze believe it or not...
Down by that Sea Monster is a door in the wall at the far end...
You'll have to ride the Sea Monster over to the door...
Go through that door and jump into the Paining/Goop...
The rest is up to you!!!
