I don't think you can actually get candy from Ann. I think it is just a scene that you watch. Here is the event in written form:

Ann`s Candy:
At Moon Mountain near the Carpenters' house, Ann will be near a tree. Talk to
Her and she will talk about how squirrels dig holes to hide acorns, then
Forget about them when Spring comes. Gray then comes and says it sounds like
Someone he knows. He says Ann does the same thing. Ann tries to defend
Herself, then Gray says "So you like stale candy?" After that, they both
Leave.
