How do I register for the horse race

I've searched everywhere and I couldn't find anything...

Please Help.

Go to the green ranch, in other words exit your farm and go directly down then go into the house in which u buy chicken/cow/sheep and their corresponding items and tlk to the man(mr green)

You don't have to do anything.

The Green Ranch owner (Ann's dad) comes to your house the day before the race. He asks if you want to enter.

Say enter and he'll register you and take your horse in the morning.

Just be at the race.

no no, i did that i also went there but i coudnt get into the race

Your horse has to be grown up, in other words you should be able to ride it, the day before the race the guy from the green ranch will come to your house and ask you.
