How to Heal HP Trick

In order to have any chance of navigating the procedurally-generated dungeons of Loot River it is crucial that you have a decent amount of HP as you will be encountering plenty of hard-hitting, fast moving enemies. This How to Heal HP Trick guide will tell you how you can fully restore your HP without returning to the Sanctuary's hub area to use one of your potions before heading to the next level. Take advantage of this trick whenever possible to save your precious potions.

When you reach the end of a level in Loot River you take an elevator back up to the Sanctuary hub where you will find an alchemist named Soap, this NPC will often ask you to give up some health potions which if you do so will limit how many times you can recover in a zone. Instead of riding up the elevator to the next level look around for a narrow path. If you follow this path it will take you to the Sanctuary's hub area. At the town you need to head over to the giant head sticking out of the ground and stand in front of it. When you do so the eyes of the statue will ignite with flames and your character's health will be fully replenished. Make sure you take advantage of this whenever you complete a level to save using your potions.

Another way to keep your HP up is by taking a gamble and doubling your potions. To do this you need to speak to the alchemist named Soap prior to starting a new level. If you give him one potion and survive the new level, you will be rewarded with double the amount given upon entering the next level. This means that if you play it safe and just invest one potion you will only receive two heals per level. Investing three or four potions will give you a far greater return. Once you feel confident you can pass the early levels without healing you should take up Soap's offer, so you have as many heals as possible for the later trickier levels.
