Inspiring your sims fast!

Make sure the year is on 2012 before you do anything.

First, open sims, and go to whoever has to get there needs filled.

Second, MINIMISE sims, and go to settings, and change the year to 2011, then go back into sims, get back out of it and FULLY close it off (double click the home button, hold down sims, and click the red button.) Set it back to 2011, then go straight to 2028, without changing the year to anything else on the way, go back into sims, and the needs should be filled. Hope this helped, it worked for me. If it doesn't, you have probably done something wrong, so try again.
