I take as many of my sims to the mansion as i can and meet many of their needs while they are at the mansion.

while this a great option, you are unable to actually sell the car. A cooler tip is that you can sell the plants of the table tops, which sum up to about 500 dollars or more, plus the 3 star items in the home will quickly inspire your sims. I recommend you fill the home up with all 4 sims, since it is the max. Use the space up and in about 2 minutes, and if you can organize yourself, your sims will no longer need cupcakes
