Marriage

My bar is maxed out my sims are partners they were living together but I moved him out hoping I could marry them faster. I'm on level 15 and keep choosing "be romantic" but I don't get the propose or buy a ring option. I'm getting discouraged. I have a iPhone

All you need to do to get a baby is bye a crib then click on it but make sure your married and when it says baby you click on that and you can chose if its a boy or girl and ECT

I restarted my game because I was aggraveted that I spent all my money on a ring and she didn't accept. BUT it worked this time. Save atleast 8 life points to use the emerald ring twice if you need to. Now, get two sims all the way to the partner stage. There should be a crib already and they should not be living together. Use the emerald ring. Then move them in together if they married. Worked for me and I'm only lvl 5.

Help!! I have the get married goal but at the same time they game me the lp for the ring I updated to the Halloween game and I thought the lp was for buying spooky items so I spent it all!! What you need to do is keep making the two sims that you have chosen be romantic if they are already moved in together this will make it a tiny bit harder but it still works fine. Be romantic until you are at the partner stage then max out the bar until its a solid pink colour make sure you are on level 10 or above else this will not work then there should be a option propose in the top left hand corner dont click it if it's green you need to wait until the goal comes up when it turns a dark pink or purple click and the only ring available should be eternity ring it costs 20lp but the game will provide that for you once your sim agrees (it's not 100 % chance this will happen) keep being romantic until your engaged bar is filled then your married once your married your ready to have children your next goal will be buy a crib if you already bought one (like me) then its fine but you will need to delete one sim using the single person button which you use to change clothes it's a red button in the left hand corner if you don't have eight sims there is no need for this at all it's just because I had the maximum sims for my level (11) then click the cot / crib which should have a bubble on with a + and a person on click on it and you have your baby (a baby takes 12 hours to arrive) hope this helps xox

It has nothing to do with your level. So y'all fools should hush with that. I'm only level six with four couples married. You have to complete the goals in the bottom left cornor... so why don't you all just calm yourself., and wait until it gives you the options. It takes a lot of money/ life points to propose but the first time you do the game will pay for the most expensive ring so you don't get turned down. Now, answer me this. Does the toddler stay a kid, because Mommy can't go to the club anymore, and how do I move my marriage bar? ._.

i was on level 16 when I got my both Sims married. If you want to know how long, the three workplaces is up then some romantic stuff and friendliness stuff to do with your Sims then it is four workplaces then employ 2 Sims as firefighters then build three businesses then you guys get engaged! The ring prices are:
Dino Ring: 2,500 simoleons
Mood Ring: 5,000 simoleons
forgot other ones...
Silver Ring: 8 LP
Eternity Ring: 15 LP
I recommend the 8 LP and the 15 LP ring.
Also, prepare to spend a lot of LP cuz of the crib and the baby is 7 LP.

you have to get the update and then when your sims are PARTNERS then it will say get married. Then it will say spend more time together. So just "Be Romantic" alot and then click on the get engaged or get married. "hint" "hint" the rings are alot of simolenoes and don't get the dino ring cuz they will say no and you will lose your money or simolenoes......... i learned that the hard way....

I was level 18 before I could propose marriage... Because I got stuck so long on "make 2 sims firefighters" ... I messed around too much and needed to level up and make money before I could accomplish that. Yeah, it's a few more goals after that and then you can propose. I want to know- what is the minimum size ring to buy (after the first time- you have to buy biggest the first time) so the sim will accept the proposal??? Because I have wasted a lot of money & LP on buying the wrong rings!! I think I've done it 4 times now. I don't have 15 or 20 LP to buy the biggest ones. Is that true what somebody said about the bedroom?

I had the same problem. I build the fire house then had two goals after that then the next goal was to get married. You can get married once the game gives it to you as a goal. With our it being a goal you will not be able to marry.

I accidentally spent the points for the engagement right so I went ahead and bought 20 more online and it took my points away but my sims are not engaged. Everything was right for them to get engaged they were partners and I had to buy the most expensive ring. It did not say that she declined itveither it just took my coins away. I'm pretty upset about it the game just took my 5 dollars for the 20 points. And I cannot figure out how to contact them to tell them about this glitch. Every number I found online was incorrect.

For me i had to complete the goals after completing that goal it said to make two sims firemen. N so i did make them. After that i got another goal it told me to make two sims be romantic until propose pop up n it did. It was a pink bar dat said prospose u click dat n it'll get u to buy a ring. Try to buy one dats expesive so it works mine was 20-25 life pionts. So after choosing ring the guy is proposing until she says yes she kind of moves head up n down. So after dat u need to keep being romantic until the marriage bar pops up n u get marry. Then it tells u to hve the sims move in together if u have them move in together already dats fine. Then it comes the baby. But first make sure u finish all the goals like building work places n stuff to get there.. Dats how my sims got married. Thanks hope it works too..

You have to keep on completing the goals until the 'propose marriage' one comes up. Then I you have a full partner bar you will have a pink ' propose' button on the social bit!! Hope this helped!! Xxxxxxx
